Loading structure is intended to create controllable force during the components test. Together with the low force ripple, these actuators are ideal for fast movement of large masses in rough environments. Due to the complete encapsulation with titanium-alloyed stainless steel sheet, the motors are suitable for use in the immediate machining area of machine tools.
Housing bottom has holes for brackets to attach it to T-slot plate (brackets and T-slot plate). The combination of several linear motors – whether in series or parallel – leads to completely new machine concepts with significantly increased machining forces. Continuous force up to 7.5 kN for each module, displacement rate up to 40 m/s.
